Ural Federal University named after the first President of Russia B.N. Yeltsin (Yekaterinburg) in partnership with The David Yellin Academic College of Education (Israel) and the ANO “White Cane” invites you to participate in “Extrability as a phenomenon of inclusive culture. Building an inclusive culture in the digital space”.
The aim of the conference is the organization of an open digital platform for scientific and practical discussion of institutional challenges appearing in the process of the formation of an inclusive culture of a proactive level in the new socio-economic conditions.
The pandemic that swept the whole world for the first time brought together people of developed and developing countries - regardless of status and affluence. We were all immersed in a completely new, unique environment and received an incentive to learn new ways of interaction, social strategies and games. In fact, we were among the testers of the rules and products organized by the digital space. It became evident that the most modern technical and software solutions cannot cope with the development of human abilities and with the problems of inclusion. We faced contradictions, witnessed increased segregation, a wave of conflict and violence. It turned out that the development of instant messengers and social networks should create a system for searching and supporting personal initiatives, manifesting talents and abilities, and socializing. All of these affect the quality of the process of improving civil society. Despite the problems and new challenges, there are germs of a new culture manifested through new social commercial educational and scientific projects. Some of them have just appeared in 2020. And our conference “Extrability as a phenomenon of inclusive culture” is not an exception. We are increasing our efforts to make it one of the drivers for the development of new socio-economic conditions in the world. We need to hear the voices of caring people and invite you to participate in a joint scientific and practical multisensory and multimedia dialogue!
Conference areas: IT, Pedagogy, Psychology.
The IV International Scientific and Practical Conference “Extrability as a Phenomenon of Inclusive Culture” is taking place on the eve of the exhibition “International Inclusive EXPO”, which will be held in 2023 in Yekaterinburg (Russia). We are looking for partners and practitioners to position technologies for the development of abilities, the formation of social and professional skills, including the retraining of adults at the international level.
The fourth international scientific-practical conference will be held in an innovative format, which was developed by the organizers to model the participants of an inclusive culture of a proactive level. The process of exchanging knowledge and experience will be integrated with testing methods by representatives of socially excluded groups.
To accomplish this task, we have developed several principles of an inclusive academic conference:
The organizers take the initiative to prepare materials in two versions: the classic language of scientific work and a language facilitated for perception by representatives of socially excluded groups.
